Sometimes, when I'm having my personal worship... just in my room, alone, with my favourite instruments nearby (guitar and my 'orrible voice... I'm lacking an electric version of the guitar... hmm), I just wonder...

Saw Euclid's PSM (personal message) for MSN and it reads "PPH are you not hungry anymore? I'm NOT kidding about this" and it just hit me. During service, (specifically,the worship session DURING service) when we lift our hands, kneel, cry, jump or even getting "overcome by the power of the Holy Spirit", who are we doing it for? Is it for the other people to see and let them think that I am holy? Or is it to gloat in other's faces? (as they are just standing there, not moving). I admit, I had these thoughts... a lot of times. When we do these things... I dunno... these are my thoughts... I suppose they are a way of showing God that He IS GOD.

Last December, God swept through the entire Yoof congregation during the Transformer Yoof Camp... That time was great, with almost the entire body kneeling at the altar, seeking repentance from God. Apparently, we do not even deserve to ask God for forgiveness, we are so chalked up with sin that if sin was mud, we would all be mudskippers (NO that is not a joke). But God forgives us of our sins, no matter how many times we commit them. So long as we bring it before God, God will just throw them aside and give you a bear hug(figuratively).Why? Because He sent His only son, Jesus, to die on the cross for us! His blood is shed for us so that we have a chance to be right with God ONCE AND FOR ALL!!! You could feel the revival fire burning in each one of us.

But now, the youth service is dying back to square 1. So, yeah, sometimes I wonder if God is still Number 1 in my life... God knows our heart. I think He would be really sad if He sees us forgetting Him and forget what He has done for us...

God, forgive me for not putting You first in my life. I'm sorry for placing other things in front of You. Jesus, give me strength and peace to overcome this and keep You above all else. God, I do not think that I can do well for my Mid Year Exams. If I get high grades, God, it is YOUR DOING. For if God is not with us, we labor in vain. God, give me the faith to fully trust in You for the MYEs and also for everything that I do. In the most mighty and powerful name of Jesus Christ, amen.
