I don't like publicity stints. Take last wednesday, when Mr Ng handled out the physics test papers (the retest I was talking about in one of my posts... lost track). When I went up and got my paper, it was written down there "26/30"... Personally I did not really care, since I thought that others must have gotten higher marks compared to me.

Suddenly, when Mr Ng was going thru the answers, he randomly said this line:

"If you want to know how to study physics, go and find Yong Quan. He got highest in class."

I was like, "Oh no... maybe will kena blanket party!" (It basically is when someone covers your face from the attackers and they just beat the hell outta ya)

Honestly, I don't think that I can acheive 26/30 by my own strength. Come on, spot the error below.

I really don't think that I really have what-not smartness that everyone was trying to tell me in class. I am not smart lor, seriously.

I believe that God gave me that marks. There is NO way that I can get that by my own limited knowledge and strength.

How so? God gives us strength to do things. In Philippians 4:13, we can do everything through Jesus who gives us strength. Jesus is the source of all the knowledge, wisdom, intelligence, strength etc. that we will need.

But this is commonly misconcepted. People now are rather power hungry. Whenever there is a source of power, people usually fight for it.

Jesus Christ is definately not an output to head to just for power and power alone. The reason why people go to Him and become "goody-goody" (as someone puts it) Christians is because Jesus died for our sins and rose again 3 days later. God loves us so much that he sent Jesus to take our sins. Jesus became our scapegoat so that we can escape the penalty of sin.

Some cannot see it. Others refuse. Some rather wait until they are about 21 or 25 or something.

I don't like to force people to go to church with me... Maybe that's why I never brought friends to church before... besides the time Tony Anthony came.

But then, how in the world can I reach out?

I've been doing my QT about Proverbs, and the main verse that always hit me in the face is Proverbs 9:10

"The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom..."

What does fear of the Lord mean?

I got issues. A lot of them.

I am not perfect... And I'm still thinking about... never mind. I just cannot let it go...
